How and when your order reaches you.
Dispatch
Orders placed before midnight AEST are dispatched the next business day from our Australian warehouse. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.
Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $129
- Flat $12.95 tracked standard shipping under $129
- Express shipping $19.95, where available
Delivery estimates
- Metro: 2–4 business days
- Regional: 3–7 business days
- Remote: 5–10 business days
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for five business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.
