Returns Policy

Change of mind

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty or incorrect items

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number
• We cover return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened sterile packaging (such as syringes and swabs) cannot be returned unless faulty.
